  • Our program is designed for finance students, recent graduates, and career switchers eager to gain real-world experience—even if you have limited prior exposure to finance. The program allows individuals working full-time or in post-grad degrees (full-time) to participate. Contact our team to determine your eligibility.

  • The program fee is $3,999. Enrollment requires a $999 refundable deposit which goes towards the balance. Once a candidate receives an offer, and chooses to accept it, the remaining $3,000 balance is collected.

  • Yes. If EGIS Careers fails to secure an offer by the placement deadline, the candidate is eligible for a refund.

  • We ensure that candidates secure a spot in the immersion program typically within 30 days of enrollment into the program.

  • You will benefit from personalized mentorship, resume makeovers (both at the beginning and upon completion), interview coaching, and continuous, detailed feedback from both EGIS Careers and the deal team at the investment bank.

  • 72% of candidates who are eligible for full-time placement sucessfully land an offer within 120 days of the day they start the Immersion Program. This means that within 30 days of program completion almost 3 out of 4 candidates have secured a full-time offer.

  • Absolutely. Your Immersion Program fee is credited towards any full-time placement fee.
