We work with a diverse roster of candidates with various backgrounds in over 30 disciplines for placements in internships, full-time positions, and contractor roles.
Timeline
We work on an accelerated timeline with our candidates and have strong relationships with our employers. Because of that, we’re always attune to matching our candidates with the right company and work and vice versa. Generally speaking, our candidates are ready and able to start work immediately.
We challenge the traditional model. Recruiting firms collect fees from employers, typically 20-25% of the candidates annual salary, but EGIS Careers has presented the most competitive option on the market. We collect a small fee from both the candidate and employer to represent the value-add offered to both parties.

We attempt to make the hiring process as organic as possible. We do not dictate any step in the interview process for candidates or employers. There is no obligation to hire any candidates we send to employers. We do not require candidates to accept offers presented to them which allows a “no-pressure” hiring process ensuring the new hire is there because they want to be, not because they have to be.
