There is a $999 refundable deposit required to initiate the placement process. The deposit goes towards the placement fee.

  • Yes. All prospective candidates are required to go through an evaluation in order to determine their “placeability” within our process. A candidate’s interest, experience and expectations are all considered in reviewing our available vacancies and resources at the time of enrollment. It’s imperative that we only work with candidate’s we feel confident can be placed, therefore, we cannot accept all applicants who wish to enroll.

  • After collecting the deposit and signed Terms & Conditions, a placement coordinator will reach out to discuss your interests as it pertains to your industry of interest, your resume and what employers we can begin targeting. We will ensure we are only pursuing companies that are of interest to you to ensure placement strategy efficiency.

  • If you do not receive at least four interview requests from firms in your industry of interest or an offer by the placement deadline, you will be eligible for a refund of your deposit. If EGIS Careers successfully provides the candidate with at least four interview requests from four separate companies, EGIS Careers will continue to offer placement service through the end of the contract but the deposit will no longer be refundable in that case. If the candidate receives an offer from an employer, they are not required to accept it but the deposit will no longer be refundable if the candidate rejects the offer. EGIS Careers will continue to offer placement service to the candidate through the end of the contract.

  • Candidates are never required to accept any offers they receive. If there is an issue or your expectations are not met, you may speak with your Placement Coordinator to discuss your strategy and ensure you are both on the same page.

  • We will be made aware of a salary range for vacancies we will be submitting you to but understand that the salary offered is ultimately up to the employer. We will ensure we are submitting you to companies within your expected range.

  • Absolutely. Before introducing you to specific alumni, we request candidates apply and speak to our team so that we may understand which alumni are best to connect with you based on relevant background and experience.

  • Many positions offer hourly wage or stipends but this is not guaranteed as it ultimately depends on the candidates profile and demonstrated ability along with the timing. One thing to consider is that we work with many candidates looking for opportunities in a new field that they have little to no experience. In these cases, employers are faced with a heavy training requirement which absorbs their time and resources which they feel is delivered in lieu of financial compensation in the onset.

  • Whether you are looking to get your foot in the door with a top consulting company or investment bank, we pride ourselves on helping candidates “break into” industries. With our vast relationship network of decision makers along with creative strategies of navigating the interview process, we can help where most agencies fail.

  • We offer placements across the United States. While our main cities of focus include: NYC, DC, Boston, Miami, Chicago, LA and San Francisco we do offer placements in many secondary markets such as Philadelphia, Austin, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta and more so please inquire with our team if we can help.
