Analyst role available at a prominent investment management firm with two divisions - technology and consumer products. Responsibility to synthesize large amounts of raw information to find patterns that will help improve this company. Strong Excel skills (i.e. Macros, VLookups, Pivot Tables etc.). They will rely on you to build data products to extract valuable business insights. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for interpreting data. Comprehensive investment banking services for growth stage technology companies with specialization in equity and debt fundraising, sell-side M&A advisory and buy-side M&A advisory is seeking experience in the following areas — software/technology focused investment banking firm as Associate and/or Vice President, significant M&A transaction experience including buy-side and sell-side transactions to growth stage enterprise software companies, preferably involving strategic acquirer, debt and equity financing transaction experience preferably involving tier 1 software lenders and private equity firms, sector focus areas: Enterprise SaaS, Engineering Software, Fintech, Healthcare Tech, Life Sciences Software

They are seeking a candidate with at least one year of full-time banking experience on deals and transactions within the TMT sector (Telecommunications, Media, Technology).


CAPITAL MNGT - OPS/CLIENT SERVICE ($72k-$88k) - San Francisco

This capital management firm builds focused investment portfolios to help you preserve your success and enhance your future. Serving clients with assets ranging from about $2 million to $200+ million, and they offers a high level of personalized service to individuals, families, trusts, foundations and nonprofits. The Operations + Client Service Specialist will be filled by an entry-level candidate who has recently graduated with a relevant degree and experience through internships or part-time work.


PRIVATE CREDIT/LEVERED FINANCE -ASSOCIATE($160k) New York

When structured appropriately, credit solutions can offer multiple significant advantages relative to equity financing. Result in lower (if any) dilution for existing shareholders. Raise required funds at significantly lower cost. Attract valuation-agnostic capital rather than face “flat” or “down” equity rounds. Retain existing governance structure and control over the business. Middle-market companies have always relied on partnerships with credit providers for their growth and liquidity solutions. In addition, recent years have seen a dramatic growth in the use of debt among VC backed companies, ranging from early stage start-ups to well-capitalized “unicorns”. Looking for an experienced (at least one year) credit analyst with ability to share past transaction history.


PRIVATE EQUITY ASSOCIATE ($260k) - New York

A $6 billion AUM private equity firm is seeking an Associate, with industry-specific transaction experience, to join their team. The Associate will be responsible for deal support to management with responsibilities including, but not limited to, sourcing, business development, modeling, quantitative analysis, due diligence and client engagement. The sectors of focus are Healthcare and Technology. Experience in either or both is acceptable. Compensation is base salary plus bonus.
