Once we receive your application to our placement program, we’ll conduct an initial meeting to discuss your background, goals, and our service offerings.

1-1 career coaching and support.

We provide professional resume revision, interview preparation, and REAL insight into industries and positions. Once placed, our team continues to oversee your experience with specific steps and evaluations.

Guaranteed placement and continued support.

We will customize a guaranteed placement for every candidate. Once you’ve been placed, EGIS provides continued support including experience in the VISA process and will vet opportunities based on your VISA requirements including F1, J1, and H1-B sponsorship.

Together we’ll identify your strengths and then target development areas.

We perfect your resume, equip you with previous questions asked in past interviews as told by alumni candidates as interview preparation, and challenge you to think and speak with intention, drive and passion.

We’ll help you navigate the internship or full-time placement process with your new employer and be a support system even after you’ve been onboarded.
